I spoke to Lippert and they told me that the LED Fabric Light Kit # LC674283 has a waterproof rating of IP55 but they don't have a Lumens rating for it. The best they could offer was the CCT which is 6000K.

No, it will not but I have one that will. The Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack item # HLY64FR is only rated for class III 2" hitches that have a minimum 350 lbs tongue weight capacity. Physically it will fit but you shouldn't do it plus you'll void the warranty and lose any liability coverage.
